Like rook, but with a sharp "ks" or "x" sound added to the end.

-Bubbly and easily entertained, Maroux is the clan's gardiner who is easily missed. For many, he's only noticed once he speaks, and by then it's too late to keep them from jumping out of their skin from his sudden appearance. Some tease that it's because he spends so much time with the odd living plant creatures in the garden, while others whine that he should make some noise once in a while. Either way, he takes joy in giving certain dragons of the clan a fright, namely after talking bad to or about him.

-The poor lad isn't the most careful when it comes to himself, and has sustained quite a few injuries. He has twisted his leg more times than anyone would like to keep track of, and the fragmented bits on his wings and body are from times he was less than careful and nicked himself on a pair of garden shears, or tripped into a tree. He insists that they don't hurt, and no one says anything when they see him wincing after a short walk.

-He eats some of the plants from his and Nyissas' gardens. The Spiral has told him *not* to do that numerous times, and his clanmates chide him when he does. They make him sick, and few have sympathy for him anymore. Nyissas does his best to treat his stomach aches, anyhow.
