Soul Seeker

Clawer works with Wither in searching and leading wandering spirits. The light cloud of smoke that follows him is used as an easy way for the Shadows to communicate with the living. The grey Imperial does not talk much. Instead choosing to speak only when necessary.

He dawns himself in bones to be like those he tries to communicate with. While this makes him look creepy to other dragons, spirits find him more approachable this way.
