A.K.A. Gil, Starfish

CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES.
C-78 is allocated to one small Dragonkin-living cell in the L54 Containment Wing. C-78 is to remain in the direct contact of at least 550g of 'empty', magic-absorbent Crystalspine Reach crystals of at least 72% purity. All crystals are to be replaced at least once every 5 days. Recycle and reuse of crystals within the facility is allowed. Enchantment to increase the crystal absorbency is allowed up to 15% of the crystals max. capacity, but may only be done in shortage of crystals, and approval of at least one (1) object project hand. Crystalspine-Reach-crystal-powdered magic-free fabrics or clothing are to partially cover or drape over C-78.

C-78 is one instance of a male Fae of Water origin and slightly-larger-than-average morphology, with their entire body being coloured purple, blue, or mix of the two. Formerly 'Gil' and a WES L5-Recreational Scapes Hand (Aquatic).
During incident CIDT:C65-4, C-78 was subject to an Arcane magical explosion from C-65 (as of ████, ██/██/████, Deiene, a FISS L1-Guard). C-78 underwent all expected symptoms (rapid degradation into a liquid and gaseous entity, the partial transformation into star-like phenomena, sudden uncontrollability and aggression, ect.) of such an attack, however, was one of the few who did not die shortly thereafter. C-78 was quickly calmed and contained. Effective containment procedures were shortly developed.

CLEARENCES.
C-78 is not allowed to come in 10m of proximity of unprotected living subjects. They are allowed once-a-week conversational sessions with any one (1) psychologist or personal project hands.
For good behaviour C-78 may be allowed one (1) requested recreational object deemed safe.
For bad behaviour C-78 may be denied such.
