Pumpkin had a normal life growing up. She had much, much too many siblings to count, as well as 3 children of her own. She loved them all dearly and would do anything to keep them safe. Some say she is like a Banescale in that aspect.

Everything changed when the Clan was overtaken by the BeastClans. The Clan's Warriors fought valiantly but fell to the merciless attacks of the Beasts.

"I will let you go, on one condition." A Harpy passed on Talona's words. "One of you must bring one of us to one of the Clans with you."

And of course, Pumpkin volunteered. Anything for her family. A Harpy named Pirouette became her Familiar, following her as she ventured off in search of a Clan Talona wanted to spy on.

A near-month of wandering later, Talona sent Pirouette a message, directing them to the large bubble hovering at the edge of the Sea of a Thousand Currents. "Their leader is a strong Seer. Be prepared." Pirouette explained. Pumpkin nodded grimly as she approached.

Soon, she was greeted by the Rescuer Melony. The snowy Coatl had her Familiar with her, who instantly caught Pumpkin's eye. A Chillwind Harpy?

"Hey, are you here to-" Melony started off.

"Yeah, I'm here to join." Pumpkin said immediately.

Pirouette watched Icefly, the Chillwind Harpy, curiously.

"Oh-is she curious about Icefly?" Melony asked with a smile. "She's my best friend! Well, one of them!"

Icefly tilted her head. Of course, she knew Pirouette. Turning, she began whispering to Melony. Melony tilted her head, an eyebrow raised, then shrugged. "In any case, c'mon!"

Pumpkin was quickly granted access into the Clan.

Melony--Friend You have a Harpy Familiar as well...And yet, Icefly seems attached to you. Almost affectionate...Why?

Pirouette is a cold, stern Harpy. After all, she was sent to keep an eye on Pumpkin. If Pumpkin does anything out of line, Pirouette will not hesitate to attack her, then report to Talona and make Pumpkin watch her family get killed.

However, Pirouette is in no way against acting in order to make others less wary around the duo. And she will assist Pumpkin in any way possible if both of them agree that what they are doing is for the good of the BeastClans.
