Pepsi Independence "Indie" Liberty Maker of Fireworks & Firearms | Chaotic Good | aND I'M PROUD TO BE AN AMERICAN  Independence is...an interesting one, to say the least. By trade, she makes fireworks, and spends much of her time tamping down gunpowder and chemical concoctions into delicate cardboard shells. She lives for the light and the color and the power of them, and does her job with passion and love. This is only tangentially related to her side hustle, which is making massively dangerous and overpowered firearms and bombs. The process of creation is something very near and dear to her heart, and even if she had trouble turning a profit by plying her trade, she’d likely be doing it regardless. Her grandfather, Truth, would argue that it’s the coatl blood running wild through her veins that drives her to crafting, especially something so fiery and explosive and furious. She’d be inclined to disagree; this passion is all her own. But really, who can say? Regardless, the adrenaline of joyrides, explosions, and other fanatical, dangerous pursuits get her blood pumping in a way she just can’t resist, and much of her free time is spent engaging in pursuits like motorcycle racing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, bungee jumping, parkouring, storm chasing, or whatever else catches her eye. She’s always doing something. As though her career choices and hobbies weren’t intense enough on their own, her appearance and the way she presents herself certainly make one hell of an impression. Her hair’s a striking bolt of blue, her shardflank manifesting with blood-red spikes jutting out from her shoulders and back, and her clothes are gaudy, all reds and whites and blues and stars and stripes and fringes and glitter. She wears big white boots (cowboy or combat) that seem to repel stains to a nearly magical degree, and is seldom seen without her big, gaudy, rose-colored star-shaped glasses. Despite seeing excitement as her utmost goal in life, she also has a very intense sense of justice, and despises oppression in any form. You won’t see her trusting policemen or politicians any time soon, and she’s participated in more than one jailbreak with the intent of freeing protestors, innocents, and others imprisoned for minor or unjust reasons. She's a veteran and former Ashfall Waste exaltee, who while fiercely patriotic and loyal to the Flamecaller, returned with little to no tolerance for corruption. She's an anarcho-communist, she just doesn't realize it yet because she's blinded by the glamour of consumerism. In complete support of Por's Rebellion/the Magmablood Rebellion, and doing whatever she can to help from afar. She was considering leaving the area and returning to her homeland to help her comrades fight, but when she realized how much the locals would miss her, she endeavored to stick around-- at least, for a little while longer. Her familiars are three giant, totally hulked out steelhounds named Tango, Rocket, and Striker.
