Hallucination's job is simple. She assigns familiars to all the dragons in the clan. She'll mostly assign them based on coloration, but when it's not possible, she matches familiars to dragons based on how well the like each other. The familiars are switched out over time, giving the dragons a chance to bond with multiple familiars.
She takes assigning familiars to the hatchlings the most seriously, making sure the familiar shows no risk to the hatchling's safety, though sometimes she has to chance it.
Hallucination is able to instill images into the minds of familiars and dragons that instantly fixes any behavior issues. The visions are more of a hypnosis method, making the ones seeing the visions no longer want to misbehave.
