Biography

Current head of the Hawa'a Penitentiary, given this role after his mother's (unwanted) retirement. Due to the influence of his element, the vast potential of the primal abilities of the Windbound came with even greater mercy; instead of immediately eliminating all that threatened the city, negotiating with and hopeful neutralization of suspicious dragons were the established alternative, unless the risk of keeping them was too high.
-positive traits: organized, polite, easygoing

-negative traits: strict, a little airheaded at times, tries too hard to get along with the younger crowd (how do you do, fellow modern breeds?)

-MBTI: INFP?

-side notes: Makes a better secretary than a guard. Parents probably flipped their sh*t when he first opened his eyes. His sneezes are ungodly powerful.
