Whisp

Whisp looks more like an apparition than anything else. Maybe he is, the rumour goes. At minimum most of the Coatls avoid him like an ill omen, and you're not actually sure you have ever touched him yourself. He could be a mere vision of empty air, and you wouldn't know, but he's standing right there, and you don't really dare take the step to make sure. The only other being you have seen close to him is Sei, but you're not sure about the small Fae either.
One thing's for certain. Whisp and Sei, the whispy white creatures that reside as a Fae and a Tundra in this place, belongs together. You don't see one without the other being close by.
