Just another cold, quiet night, looking out at the view of the multiple landscapes while sitting on the smaller sprouted lands of our Clan. Of course the one area I focused on was my birth home, The Ashfall Wastes. Why was I even born there if I have no desire for metal-smithing? The thought brought flashbacks of my former Clan and parents, how I always felt comforted by the heat, but disturbed by the constant yelling of dragons and sharp clangs of iron and steel. Albus tried to be like one of them, but was too weak to truly work with a hammer. Though Melody was different, how I always loved to catch her in the dead of night as she seemed to make the heavy smoke come to life in dragon shapes with a flick of her claws and murmurs of spells, it didn’t seem like the usual Fire magic at all, more like a Shadow or even Arcane one. I always asked her about the strange magic, yet she never uttered a word, pretending to be a mute, or simply ignore me. With a heavy heart, I’ve just accepted that she wants to keep that a secret as I left from her and my Clan.
”You seem to be reminiscent of those lands, I can feel your desire to travel back to the scorching heat.”
I calmly looked behind, already giving a soft smile to the other approaching and sitting next to me. “Well, yes, but...I would not want to stay there for long,” I said while starting to frown, “I’ve heard that new areas are being built there, ones that would be even more louder and possibly destructive then before.” My close friend silently nods while we both stare ahead, then soon breaks the precious silence.
”We could travel with you, since we have found some peculiar parts that are surprisingly silent and mysterious. Would you like to give it a try and see them with us?”
Actual quiet parts, in one of the louder areas of Sornieth? I was quiet at first, thinking of the possibilities that could happen, then looked at the other with another smile, “I would love to, when can we go?”

B I O G R A P H Y

Instead of being sold off in the AH or traveling away, Nijah more fled away from her Clan, in fear of the future of what would happen to them, but also interest to see the other elements that were different from the usual noise of the Ashfall Wastes.
Her ‘home’ used to be a small Hive system, though it was subtly different from the natural H.I.V.E groups, consisting of some odd-colored ones all wearing any Fire-themed apparel they could get at. Right when she hatched she already couldn’t stand the constant loud sounds around her, often trying to hide against her mother for comfort and any silence, and when growing older, she already made her decision to leave and find someplace that she would feel more welcomed at. Though she does tend to miss her mother and ponder where her sibling left to shortly after, she never has any urge to go back to her Clan.
The Sea, Southern Icefield, or Viridian Labyrinth would be a Fire elemental’s last place they would want to go to, the Skydancer didn’t mind trying to visit the Sea first, already taking a liking to the sand on the warm beach with a peaceful breeze. When wandering around the lands, she soon spotted the Clan she calls her home now, being warmly welcomed and accepted in by the Queen and given her Rep role almost right away. At first having this special role worried Nijah that she would have to become a blacksmith of sorts, but she was reassured when the Queen had no expectation of what she would choose, and so the Skydancer chose to become a mix of a sage and soul-finder. Besides feeling more at peace in this Clan, there is times when she feels out of place, but shrugs the feeling off and enjoys to have a more free and quiet lifestyle.
