Vistula

As the daughter of the clans resident Spring Water, Vistula has inherited some of his magical control over water sources. However, she's no where near as powerful as a full blooded Spring Water Dragon. Vistula's more talented Spring Water siblings have left the clan to join others both across Dragonhome and elsewhere, to share their gift of life giving water. It was a noble purpose, and young Vistula had aspired to join them.

She'd packed her rucksack with food and every tool she might need for survival in Dragonhome's wilderness. She'd been optimistic when she ascended the tunnels toward the surface. However, when Vistula beheld the arid expanse of the Shattered Plain; the sight of the harsh unrelenting sun drove her back underground. Surely her meager abilities could not challenge the eternal fire that ruled the sky and scorched the earth below. She had never in her life seen anything so vast, endless, and devoid of life as the Shattered Plain. Any brook she might try to create would evaporate in a single afternoon.

Vistula now tends to the lesser streams that feed through the forest. Without her, the trees would rot and die, the waters of the subterranean lake never able to reach them.
