qb4KjQH.gif Hailstorm is one of the ancient breeds. He hails from a place far from the scarred wasteland where he is now. He was born in the southern icefield. He received his name from his mother because when he was born, she said that he was as wild as a hailstorm.

He no longer has the wildness that he did as a young hatchling. Hailstorm works as a caretaker for young hatchling dragons. He is known by all of the dragons in the lair as the best caretaker of young hatchlings. He now has a patience like no other dragon within the lair.

He works hard to ensure that each hatchling gets the best care possible. He enjoys taking care of the young dragons and treats them all equally with the same amount of care as his mother had done for him. Hailstorm enjoys his work and enjoys watching the young hatchlings grow up into hardworking adults.

Hailstorm's familiar is Ezylryb. Ezylryb helps him take care of the hatchlings by entertaining them when they're upset. It also loves to look shiny so the young hatchlings stay easily entertained with the bird.

Hailstorm brings Ezylryb small crystals and things which makes him very happy. He usually gets these crystals from Phoenix as the scarred wasteland doesn't contain many shiny things and whatever is shiny is usually taken by the creatures that live there.
