Ocean Breeze Orchid, Breezy thought. What a mouthful. What was mother thinking when naming me?

Only Pansy, Breezy's mother, called her and her sister Blue by their full names. They were so ridiculously long! Blue's full name is Blue Moon Wisteria, but as much as she loved their mother, she went by Blue.

Breezy's mother and sister are content to live a more relaxed life-- Pansy especially, after the hell that was their old clan --but teenaged Breezy wants more out of life. She wants to join Berry Duskbright's crew and sail the world's oceans. Sure, the captain's a pirate, and has beastclan beings as part of his crew, but that's what makes it so exciting!

Pansy thinks Breezy is too young to travel, and certainly doesn't approve of her becoming a pirate, but Breezy doesn't care. She runs off anyway, and is having the time of her life traveling the world. Breezy does make sure to send letters and gifts back to her family, so they know she's all right, but it's not the same. She does miss them, but not enough to stay in the clan for so long.
