Biography
Storyline by GarlordianRising; please ask her any questions you might have!
Lore written by me with her guidance.
Hivemind is one of our greatest and also worst achievements. We didn't know what we were attempting to create. We didn't know what it would become.
She became sentient-autonomous after many failed attempts, only to take command of the other EVs before we could study them. They didn't have a conscious; Hivemind was their conscious. She is what drives them. She is in all of them, no matter their make or model. It's some sort of essence-link on steroids. She doesn't even need to move a tread; her army moves for her on her command. She makes for a dangerous enemy and an extremely useful ally, that is if we could ever fancy her interest in an alliance.

Blame it on our coding. Curse our creators. Shred anyone who doesn't believe in what you believe. It's all fair in war. You do what you need to do to win. Existence is like a giant game of chess and you're merely the one player. Life is the other player. Can you outplay them?

Since their entire code rests on a different platform compared to ICE (Internal Combustion Engines) powered cars, EVs (Electric vehicles) seem almost alien in the way they act. To ICE cars, The Greenlighters appear emotionless, speak in a more complex language primarily through "telepathy", and have a shared disgust for anything fuel powered. This disgust makes them target and seemingly ruthlessly attack anything not solar or electric. This includes Cloudcutters, a sentient-autonomous race of aircraft. While ICE cars leave the Cloudcutters alone despite how hostile they are towards them, Greenlighters target them. Where you'd think the saying "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" would come into play, that's not the case; Cloudcutters still hate all cars for some undisclosed reason.
"The Unlocked Hiveminder"
There is one case on file that proves Hiveminders have individual willpower to some extent. He sought out a new person to devote his existence to, seeing Hivemind wasn't worth serving. Though unable to essence link like his old owner and become a physical embodiment of her beliefs, the human he took to protecting was his new Hivemind nevertheless. This GMC Hummer proved that Greenlighters did feel emotion, though unable to physically show it well. Being around ICE vehicles taught him to express his feelings, as the other Greenlighters had no reason to show emotion.
