FROSTBITE : Knitter : Ice Representative : Freezing Spikes Aura
Your name is FROSTBITE. You left your old CLAN in search of ADVENTURE and a PEACEFUL LIFE away from the imposing tasks of JAILKEEPING. While on the JOURNEY, you taught yourself to KNIT and SPIN WOOL in order to survive the bitter chill of the SOUTHERN ICEFIELD (because although ICE you may elementally be, you were not (and are still not) a Tundra or Gaoler, and thus not blessed with a thick, insulating FUR COAT). You quickly fell in love with knitting.
You used MANY DIFFERENT TYPES of MATERIAL on your journeys, ranging from SILK to FLAX FIBERS to WINDSTROKED SILK WHITETAILS. You sold your WARES wherever you went, to LAIRS, BEASTCLANS, and in one memorable case a FUR JACKET for a GALE WOLF who wanted a WARMER COAT, made out of its own fur. You didn't know it at the time, but your FREEZING SPIKES aura, originally for battle, was what gave you such mobility with your knitting needles, frozen entirely from ice.
One day while traversing the SEA OF A THOUSAND CURRENTS, you rented a space in the TSUNAMI FLATS and started selling your WARES. Halfway through the day, a SPIRAL dragon came along and bought half your stock of MITTENS and SCARVES, while striking up a CONVERSATION with you. She told you about her LAIR and how it welcomed dragons from ALL OVER. You were quite INTERESTED and eventually, you got up the courage to apply for a KNITTING job. You made it in, and the RECREATION CENTRE has never had to buy CLOTHES since.
You've bonded with the local SPIRIT OF ICE, who has chosen to name xemselves BOREALIS. Though xe may be a CONSTRUCT of the CONCEPT OF ICE, xe still acts very much like an OWL—hunting for xir own food (even though xey technically don't need it), making a NEST out of FROST (kept chilled by xir body's...anti-heat...) and even "LAYING" EGGS that hatch into FROSTBITE HUMMINGBIRDS. Borealis does sometimes help with your crafts, getting to the spots that you can't REACH with some of xir EXTREMELY-THIN NEEDLES.
