Originally Vipera Hex and Thylacine. Her mother has runes in the red spectrum.

Rabia worked years to heal the bleeding scars from her father's lineage and to bring out the runes of magic that her mother (Ireya) is known for. She strives to break the curse of being a child from the line of Naomi. To be seen more of than just a glitch in the system, her new adopted clan has many of her cousins within it. They thrive in their clan under the matriarch of the light, Astra. She is a star and beacon of her people, making sure all our equal and accepted. Rabia was adopted by Astra, soon after Rabia came to her new clan, teaching her to be another light keeper for their ever increasing clan. The light keepers bring light into the ruins that is the Hewn City, the place of refuge and home to the outcasts brought in by the clan of Vita.
