Marison

Marison, as well as his littermate and close sister Morina, are the only remaining offspring of both their parents, with all their other siblings, younger and older, having been exalted or sold to the far corners of Sornieth, never to be in contact with them again.
In some stroke of fate, Morina was chosen by the clan leaders to be a warrior and so was able to stay with her parents and friends in the clan. Unfortunately, however, Marison was put up for auction almost immediately after he hatched. Months went by without any buyers, and so it seemed like his destiny was to be exalted after all, but Morina refused to accept it. She and Marison fled the clan for fear of being separated. After being raised by their older sister, Revenant, only to see her whisked away in an auction, they decided that they would live alone, away from any clan.

Unlike his much more serious and brittle older sister, Marison has a soft heart and is not very hard to make friends with. Due to his, well, expendable upbringing, he is much more soft-spoken and less likely to stand up for himself, leaving his dear sister to do it for him. Despite seeming like an overly trusting pushover, Marison is a very good judge of character, being able to spot the con-artists and tricksters from a mile away from an upbringing in the auction houses, despite never being bought. To befriend him is to never have to fear about being lonely or without company, for he may tend to latch on to people who stick around for longer than "normal," but be wary. Hurting this dragon will release a wrath the likes of which you've likely never encountered before.
