Glamour does not speak, as she is not entirely a dragon. Some years back, when the clan was passing through the Wilds under the shade of the Behemoth, a brushfire began to spread through the forest, threatening many of the creatures native to the region. While controlled fires of this sort are natural and necessary, this particular blaze got out of control and all dragons in the area banded together (however temporarily) in order to help quell the flames.

Nehara clan was much smaller then, and was able to isolate a particular patch of the wildfire from the rest. While the others in the flight did their best to douse the flames, Gawker sought to extinguish the fire magically in order to preserve the life that it threatened. Something strange twisted the spell he cast, and instead of putting the fire out, it transformed the flames and moss alike into a strange, tundra-like shape, not quite plant, not quite dragon. Taken aback, Gawker attempted to communicate with the resultant creature, and discovered that it could understand speech and respond, and seemed to believe it was a Tundra, itself.

Some of the non-Tundra members of the clan from that time are wary of Glamour, stating that she must be some agent of the Shade that took this form to trick Nehara's leaders; but Gawker has always stood beside Glamour and defended her from these accusations. She is a highly spiritual dragon and, given the nature of her creation, usually very reclusive. While she is friendly towards Zannaann, she avoids most others unless festivities are underway. When it is necessary to communicate, she does so through a mixture of gesture and written word.

She assists the clan most directly by reinforcing the burrows that the clan stays in when they are stopped for a time, testing the walls, packing them with mud or other stronger substances, and then decorating them with the soft rugs and furs the clan collects and weaves. She never eats when others are present, claiming that she is too self-conscious. Some whisper that it is because she does not actually eat at all.
