DESCRIPTION CONTINUED
This dragon was born just as chaos approached in the clan. Just a day after his birth, his grandmother, Lanakila, was banished from the clan for leading exalting ceremonies with some other clanmates. This betrayal from one of their most trusted, high ranking clan members shook the clan to the core. All she knows of his birthclan is sadness. Read more lore from the birthclan here
As this dragon gains a personality and experiences, add onto or replace what I have written. Give him a name and fill that in too.





Tidal Wave stands on a plateau of crystal with Kazumi, who is holding out a scroll, on her right, and Ember, who cared for all of the dragons before them as hatchlings. The rising sun created a halo around their figures.

"My dear friends," Tidal Wave begins. "It comes time again for our children to clear their own paths and choose their own journies as we once did."
She looked out over the group of young dragons, just barely too old to be hatchlings. "Children, you have chosen to leave your birth clan and find where you belong in this world. Some clans condemn this, but we are proud, for this clan was built on dragons who left their homes and created their own paths."
She sighed. Kazumi held the scroll out for her, despite the fact that she had done this hundreds of times and had every word memorized.
"I only have a few words of wisdom for you.

Ember chimed in, with tears in his eyes. "The world is both dangerous and wonderful, and we hope we have prepared you for your journey beyond our clan. May you remember what you learned and how much you are loved, and may we meet again."






Iliad made his way through the runed caves, careful lest where he tread collapse under his feet. God, but he was relieved to leave his clan, the infighting seemed perverse and unnatural to him, against the tight knit ideal of what he idealised a clan to be. The only ones he regretted leaving were his father, who had broken away from the petty squabbles and had taught him the art of Truth,both were inheritors of that Strange Power, and his mother who had been kind and insisted that there was love in all clan members no matter how bereaved they seemed. He could not muster any feelings left for his siblings, he knew of the Truth that he would never see them again.

Just then, the ground gave way beneath him and he only just managed to lift his wings up in time. With a roar he slammed his body into the cave, his large stature decimating it completely and made for the sky with mild annoyance. That venture had proven unsuccessful. He only wished he could do the same to that garish crystal plateau, to give those hypocritical, holier than thou dragons what was coming to them. What love? What promise? How could they dare to offer them all a chance to return as a sanctity when they saw the chaos that was around them. Never mind. Let them grind their bones into the dirt. He would build a clan that would be a stronghold of unbreakable bonds.
All he needed was time, and a journey.
