Spy lives within the Palace as an Ambassador for the Kitsune beastclans. This is a relatively new station for her. Previously she lived many years in the Underwater Prison having been moved there from Xii's previous prison on the Plague/shadow borderlands. She was captured for having stolen important documents from Xii's ward, for the Kitsune she serves. Tricky and allusive beastclan they are; why they yearned for knowledge on a Gaoler ward is anyone's guess.
Regardless so it was Spy was imprisoned. She lingered in Xii's measly ward for years before before a prison bust released several of her fellow inmates. She successfully slipped out alongside them but was recaptured after having been spotted toiling her way through the Plaguelands. When Xii moved what remained of his ward to the Idyllic Isles Spy was dragged with him.
The faint clinking of Umbra's nails alerted her to his approach. The distrustful Skydancer offered to give Spy her ambassador position- if she could prove the Kitsune were still willing to work with her. He gave her the simple task of returning to them a note of his and Spy faithfully did this. Spy almost did not return to the isles but her masters egged her to do so. She had no idea why they feared Umbra so deeply but she obeyed and retraced her path to the Gate.
Also known as Mai among Kitsune.

Spy, inspired by the character in Team Fortress 2! Lovely dragon - her colors work well together, and the different shades of purple in her primary and tertiary make a very cool striped effect in her mane with the thylacine gene. Spy's lore is also very interesting - the concept of a spy for beastclans is fascinating, and I don't think I've seen any one else do beastclan lore related to kitsunes, so bonus points for that too! As a side note, I feel your pain in not realizing a given quote/some lyrics/etc. is explicit as it is.

Don't know much about TF2 lore, but the bucket video loop was funny. Actually all the shorts and fanvids are funny. I like how you used a combination of different head wraps to make the iconic mask.

spy's snortobeat is such a great video... stblackst makes some of the funniest tf2 videos to date.. i remember binge-watching them with friends while drinking and everything made no sense but thats what made it even funnier

Hahaha! I love him so much. With the limited clothing choices you have, I think you put together his outfit perfectly. I really enjoy seeing TF2 fandragons when I find them (I even have a medic dragon myself, they should fight one another). Would rate them a 10/10, would steal in a heartbeat!
