Most hatchlings from Moshkaran are raised by their parents, while others may have grown in one of the city's boarding schools. There are many opportunities to pursue higher education in the fine institutions of the metropolis. Moshkaran has produced talented scholars, particularly in the fields of alchemy and botany, as well as skilled diplomats and courtesans both from the merchant class and the nobility. Other might seek training under any local master of trade until they are of age to travel and seek their fortune abroad.
