Meteor's Apprentice - Aster Acolyte  Apprentice to Meteor, Arkham is a scholarly student mage who aspires to follow in the ways of the star code. He’s been known to fully indulged into his studies, spending hours deeply enthralled in the subjects of his books. Arkham, like his brothers, his primal sister One, and Mage, has one of the strongest connections to the Arcane forces surging through the earth of the clan. Regardless of his natural bond to his flight, Arkham strives to strengthen his skills in all forms of magic, a feat not even his own mentors have dared to accomplish. Born on yet another star-studded night, Arkham and his brother Gotham were welcomed as the next generation of drakes from the line of Apollo. The stars were slowly being rewritten, growing more numerous than the Horde of the Void stagnating at its quintet. Rumors of a third sibling, a sister also born in the same nest withered into secrecy as she disappeared from the registry. The brothers grew stronger, and Arkham especially. |
Growing up in an entire family of mages, Arkham became used to relatives lending their wisdom to train him. He followed in the shadow of his extremely powerful sister, One, and came to be both awestruck and envious of her. Unlike most other students, who were placed as lower-ranking mages-in-training upon their induction into the clan; One’s sheer power immediately bumped her up to the highest mage title. Arkham could sense his parents thought differently of he & his brothers, as if they weren’t as gifted. For now his suspicions were kept to himself, but unbeknownst to Arkham, his brothers are already catching on to the favoritism…
