"We've almost done it, dear!" chirrups a strangely deep voice. "Jupiter is on the warpath! Soon, we'll have a battle for the ages!" he crows. You nudge open the door and find the general from earlier and a second ridgeback, who looks similar to Heavyheart, standing over a map. You knock and they both whip around. "You again?" sneers the general, but the second ridgeback raises an eyebrow. "So you're the nosey derg who's been causing trouble." he snarls, walking towards you. "I don't know what you heard, but forget it!" and he promptly slams the door on your snout.

Early Life

Nova hatched on a cloud high in the sky, born of the stars. His wings are woven of stardust, and his eyes are polished moons. He spent his early days up on that cloud, learning about mortal dragons from his parents. Eventually he grew bored of his finite home in the sky, and wished to explore the earth. His mother told him if he left their kingdom, he would lose his powers and immortality. He nodded, knowing this would be inevitable. Nonetheless, he soared down to Sornieth to become a regular dragon.

When he landed, dragons gaped at the size of the spiral as he explored the vast country, awestruck at a God wandering in their midst. He told them he was just like them, simply made of stardust and clouds. One dragon pointed him towards a kingdom called Crystalrune, which was known for its cold temperatures and beautiful starry skies. He rushed there, colliding with a sweet young skydancer named Pandora on his way into the gates. She'd laughed and asked him where he was off to in such a hurry, and he hastily told her he was looking for Crystalrune. She smiled and welcomed him, offering to show him around. He eagerly accepted, and became close friends with the shy astrology professor.

Years later, Pandora had become Nova's best friend and they shared a lair. He told her he wasn't interested in mating with a female dragon and wanted to nest with a male, but that he didn't know of any other gay males in the kingdom. Pandora simply snorted and introduced him to Cherry, Lance, Hades, Ciannavei, Cooshu, Majesty, Cato, and Nico, who were all just like Nova. He became close with them as well before he developed feelings for Nico, the eldest son of the kingdom's archivist, who also happened to be a scientist. Luckily, the handsome tundra returned his feelings, and now they're married! Their anniversary is October 31st!
