Lady of the Storm

______ Named after German physicist Heinz-Wolfram Kasemir, this smart Ridgie heads the Lightning distribution network in Thunder-egg Caldera. She is responsible for bringing power from the storage capacitors to the clan's dragons. Kerauno may lead the Chargers, but Kasemir stands higher, for without her knowledge and ingenuity, this band of Lightning runners could never harness the power of the volcanic electrical storms. She is the strongest and the largest of the crew, and never needs the added force of her Cogspanner to persuade the others to follow her orders.

______ There is, however, a rumour that Kasemir has a spark in her eye for Hephaestus, and can occasionally be seen clinging atop the roof of his forge while he works. When questioned about it, Kasemir will claim that she is bringing Ashen and Pale Lightning Glass to Pearl so the Nocturne glass-blower can make the reinforced storage canisters for the Chargers to capture the lightning in, as well as to collect the endless lengths of copper wire for the power lines that the clan's Master Forger can spin like a spider spins silk. While the claim is true, it is not the whole story. So if a dragon needs a favour from this powerful lady, best have the Spiral of the Forge on your side as well!
