Lyraii, the Wind-Blessed Seeker

Just your regular monster hunter/magician who doesn't know the meaning of the word 'consequence'. She's been given strong wind magic to assist her monster hunting, because she has little elemental magic of her own. Lyraii has the peculiar gift of getting chased out of every single town she's ever been to, presumably because of her rather drastic way of eliminating monsters and beasts (she just throws a tornado on them and hopes it ends well).

Aside from her monster hunting tactics, she's actually a nice dragon. She's got loads of self-confidence, yet manages not to come off as too egotistic. She helps out other dragons the best she can (although often ends up causing more problems), and is fairly selfless, willing to do almost anything to help out another dragon if she can.
She does have flaws, of course. She's stubborn, always thinks she's right. It's hard for her to admit when she's wrong, or made a mistake. She'd much rather run away from harm she did than own up to causing it. But she's kind at heart, despite it all.

She eventually ended up at Dry River Clan while she was hunting down a beast. She ended up in conflict with it close to the clan's dens, and was very, very briefly taken prisoner, as the clan thought she was trying to destroy their home.

Once she explained herself, she came to the agreement with the clan that she would be able to continue monster hunting, and would be able to bring them in to Sine for storage, but she'd have to be more careful and use slightly less drastic methods. She agreed, and now continues to wander, coming back every once in a while with a beast, evil dragon, or shade-touched being.

..she's being more careful, but it was a low bar, and she still throws tornados on them first..
