Priestess of the Tidelord.
Familiar: Bubble Nymph once maxed (being groomed for position)

One day while Calypso was just a youngster, while walking along the beach of the Sea of a Thousand Currents, she came across this spirit turtle tangled in a net. She got it out of the net and helped it get back to the sea where it vanished. She did not think much more about this event until the Priest/Priestess pickers came to her lair. As she was standing in line for inspection by the recruiters, the spirit turtle suddenly appeared at her feet. She and the priest/ess pickers took it as a sign that she was destined for the Tidelord's priesthood. The spirit turtle comes and goes as it pleases but when it does visit it always brings her comfort.




One day, Lilypad saw that the Priestess was a bit homesick, so she gave her this little coral plant as a little remembrance of home. Calypso was very touched by the gift. She placed it by her bedside so that it was the first thing she saw in the morning and the last thing she saw at night. She imagined she could hear the waves of her home sea when she looked at it. It gave her great comfort.

How one free fish became worth many gems:

As she was walking past the alchemical lab, she happened to see Bones unloading a bunch of supplies including some live fish in a lovely jar. When she asked Bones what her plans were for them and found out that Bones was going to use them to make sushi. Calypso had one of her minions sneak back and stoeel one of the jars so Calypso could make its inhabitants her own little pets. She named her pets Tweedle Dumb and Tweedle Dumber -- after all t hey were goldfish who were not renown for their intelligence.

During Wavecrest Saturnalia, she decided to buy some stuff for her aquarium for her pet fish:

Then she realized she needed a much bigger fish tank - really her own aquarium:



Then she needed to buy something to cover the ugly bottom of the tank and to make the aquarium look more like home for the fish so she purchased and added:

She decided she needed additional sea weed and kelp for the fish:

She decided the tank needed some sparkle so she added in some magic crystlas which would not only look pretty but create the necessary currents to make the aquarium look more like home. She liked how the seaweed moved in the artificial currents.

This dragon is a member of the Water flight subspecies Tidelord and meets the specific genetic and coloration requirements set forth by the creator of the subspecies and the Water flight.

Blessed with the true coloration of Tidelord, these dragons have diplomatic immunity throughout the Sea of a Thousand Currents. To harm one such blessed would lead to ill fortune of the clan, and this belief has extended outside of the sea from the waves of roaming water dragons. Tis every water dragon’s duty to protect those so honored, and this immunity can only be revoked if these dragons perform an act against the sacred laws of Tidelord. They may still act as warriors and be at risk of harm, so long as the battle is an honorable one.

Often these dragons make way to the Spiral Keep to become priests and priestesses of the Flight. It is there that they learn to perform the daily sacred rites and rituals used by Water Flight Clans, and to harness the powers of prophecy and magic. They are also gifted one blessing from Tidelord, from physical or magical abilities like swimming and foresight to more intangible characteristics like secrecy and loyalty. They may use these blessings upon others, summoning from dragons and creatures the aspect of their blessing. However, if they misuse this blessing then it will become a curse in which they lose or perform the very opposite of the ability they once had.
