To cause pain, to cause your victim to suffer, to wither in pain, torment your prey, annoy them. Make them worry, create an atmosphere of distress. All of these come easy to Kurushimeru (Kuru for short.) Kuru has earn't the title Head Torturer, given to him by the Emperor, Lucifer. Kuru's daily routine sees him in his studio, with which every victim he has been given to interrogate. Kuru takes his role very seriously.
