Head Seeker -- First Mate -- Beast-Caller

A wildborn Gaoler from the Lightning lands, hatched away from society.
They were captured and raised by a small clan, but after a time they began to feel the urge to explore. They longed to sail, however the oceans surrounding the greater continent were generally unsafe, and only travel by air could carry one safely along the coast. Sea-monsters were the least of the trouble -- rocky coastlines, surging tides and uncooperative winds were a bigger threat, and ended many journeys early for other dragons. They had been warned many times by other sailors, and so they turned their gaze inward -- to the Sea of a Thousand Currents.
Unable to fly, swimming was the closest this drake could come, and despite their inability to breathe under the waves, the Sea served her well as their new home. They began to live among the shoreline, fishing to survive, and living on one of the islands of the disputed lands between Shadow and Water. Discovered living alone by one of the fleet's ships, they were invited to come stay and help keep the fleet's Gaol, and join the search for the Tidelord.
They serve as the head Seeker of the Gaolers in the clan, directing the fleet of dragon-made ships. Sailing the Sea with the other Seekers, they are a seasoned sailor and a respected First Mate of the fleet's Captain.
