AMALTHEA
the iridescent herbalist

A lone Pearlcatcher, Amalthea was a traveling tea seller, giving away the herbs and teas shes found on her journeys to those who sought and found her. However on a shrouded pathway within the Starfall Isles, Amalthea came into contact with the legendary Stella Corpus, or as many others knew them, the 'Star Bodied'. It was said that the once war-driven clan experienced infighting so severe, they elected a new matron to lead their clan. Other rumors claimed that an outsider snuck into the clan and slain their leader, taking it as her own. Amalthea didn't quite know what was truth and what was not, but her curiosity beckoned her closer to the lair's entrance. She was quickly intercepted by a Fae, being brought among the matron faster than she could blink. She was afraid she would be executed for trespassing, but instead, she was offered refuge. Swindle, their clan matriarch, was a benevolent leader, as far as she knew. Her friendly disposition and inviting aura drew the Pearlcatcher in, taking her as part of their flight. Now she acts as a clan herbalist, offering medicinal teas and edible herbs to anyone in need of it.
