Obviously, he seems like he knows powerful magic. Perhaps I simply have a certain connotation associated with well-dressed black and yellow creatures, but he almost seems...sinister? Sure, his bio does say he's the light ambassador, but he looks like he's almost certainly up to something. Even though his art isn't any different from the art of any other Skydancer, he almost seems as if he's smirking. I, personally, would not trust KulveTaroth.

Kulve's History

Kulve Taroth is just one of many dragons working for the Oculus of the Eleven. He tends to be more of a "background" dragon, only showing up when he is needed.

(Lore notes)
  • usually reports back to the Elemental Sanctum in the Sunbeam Ruins, though occasionally he goes straight to the Oculus if it's important
  • he is a member of the Highland Clan, but puts work before everything (since he serves directly under a deity) and only returns to his clan when he's on break for elemental holidays
