He/Him | Straight | Mated to Haren Kolinsky one of the few dragons who survived The Great Battle within the clan. He is a seasoned warrior who has since retired from the battle field. However his mind is sharp as ever. With a quick tongue, Kolinsky is not afraid to speak his mind. Kolinsky is the head of the Warriors. All of them must report to him and nothing happens without him knowing about it. He oversees all missions and training. Q: "What exactly was The Great Battle in your clan? And what was it like being in a battle? I live in a rather peaceful place, so I've never really experienced one other than reading about them in books." A:“It was the worst time in our clan’s history. I still have nightmares about that night.” A shiver pricked Kolinsky’s scales up as memories flashed across his vision. “I was only a young dragon at the time, barely out of my hatchling stage. But I remember it well. We had been infiltrated by an enemy dragon who had worked his way up the ranks to a position of power. In the dead of night, he led hundreds of other dragons against us. We didn’t stand a chance.” His wings tucked in close, a haunted look casting over his eyes, staring off into nothing as he answered the question asked by the stranger. “I remember the screams of my clanmates as they were brutally slaughtered. It was pure chaos. We didn’t know where to run. But our only chance of survival was to flee. Had it not been for our leader Zephyr, may she rest in peace, none of us would have survived. Only a few of us made it out with our lives, and even fewer, only six, have stayed with the clan since.” Shaking his head, Kolinsky gave the visitor a soft look. “Consider yourself lucky that you live in a peaceful place. And I hope you never have to experience a battle like I did. I do not wish that fate on anyone.” |
