The Graveyard Guardian that follows Hedoro around is more of a peer than a familiar. One day the beast simply appeared out of the ground and went about it's merry way, circling the Plague primeter of the clan. They watch each other's backs, and have declared a kind of silent allyship.
From birth, Hedoro has been covered in an odd, dripping fungus, that has infused her scales, turning them a sickly green color. Because of it, she is left with a constant itch and a disgusting stench that follows her around. Hedoro scratches at her slime day and night, sometimes until her scales fall off and she has rubbed herself raw and to the point of bleeding. She is covered in scars and scabs.
Since Kyokai asks *coughsforcescough* Guardian dragons to keep their search short, most of the Panache dragons find their charge around the lair. Hedoro's is the fungus that grows freely and abundantly around the Foxfire Brambles where they live, and the slime that covers her own skin. She works hard, keeping ever-hungry Tundras away from the plant life she protects, but most of the time, the dragons leave it untouched.
