She comes from the wanderer's clan. When Pride, Donut's father, came across a young mother (Yin) crying over the loss of her nest she fiercly defended (Creatures from the beastclan attacked her). He was astonished by the fierce love she gave her now broken eggs, and decided that it would be better to give her one of his eggs, since it will hatch soon and they will be passing by a dangerous spot (fortress of ends) where it would be a death sentence for any newborn hatchling.

Donut grew up with Yin as her godmother, and over the years, as Yin grew stronger, she became a forstermother to many dragons. But yet, she still seeks out for the father of her broken eggs, Yan. He was captured by beastclan and someday she will take her clan and fight back, and free her true love.

Donut will help Yin to accomplish her dream, meanwhile donut dreams of some other dragon... She saw him once or twice on the journey to warmer lands, and looked like he was following them... or her? He looks similar to her, but yet, very different. The eyes are a dark pink color, like raspberries. Is she in love? Who knows, but she wants to know
