Matriarch of the Concordia Clan.
Learned of the long dead Concordia Clan and went on a journey with her mate, Sniper, to find Gladekeeper and request the restoration of the Clan. Galdekeeper granted their request and transformed to two into Gaolers in order to be the new leaders of the revitalised Clan.
Her rule is a stern but fair one and unlike past generations is including democratic processes in order to give all in her Clan a voice.
Most often seen with Sniper and although it is intimidating to approach her she will hear you out and treat you fairly.

Clan lore:
The Concordia Clan strives to protect the balance of nature. Founded by Gaolers, the current matriarch, Mercy, is the current ruler of the Clan. The Clan has been non existent for many years but recently Gladekeeper granted one dragon and her mate permission to rebuild the clan and transformed them into Gaolers so they can bear the duties and responsibilities as decreed by tradition. Although over dragons reside within the clan it is the Gaolers who bear the ancient responsibilities and traditions of the Clan. Recently the Clan has been recruiting new members from different flights not only to promote unity, but to rebuild the Clan to its former strength and glory.
