Biography
Spattered-Hawks - Coatl Subspecies by user ayipee #451431
The Spattered-Hawk subspecies originated from a single dragon named Asagi, whose unique spotted coat drew attention from the rest of his clan. They believed his genes were a sign of good luck and prosperity. As such the next generations of Spattered-Hawks were greeted with open arms.
Over several centuries, groups of Spattered-Hawks found their way into drastically different regions, and eventually, adapting to their environments, these groups became the 10 different varieties of Spattered-Hawk we have today! Each variety of Spattered-Hawk is easily recognizable by its distinct colors.
While most Coatls are generally friendly, the Spattered-Hawk subspecies is exceptionally so! They typically stick together, but are always happy to welcome outsiders into their flock. Spattered-Hawks have also been known for their swift and near-silent flying abilities making them great hunters.
Gene Requirements :
Must be a Coatl.
Must have Piebald as a primary gene.
Must have Peregrine as a secondary gene.
Must not have a tertiary gene. (With the exception of underbelly if the color meets the
requirements listed below.)
