The Seeker
However deep you hide the answer, I will find it. A shooting star... Largely unaffected, though somewhat photosensitive, Glynn has been picking up border patrol shifts favoring the night, dusk, and dawn. She spares time to visit Spearmint when she can. * The aether are of passing interest to Glynn, now that she's heard of them, but she remains too on the job to spend much time researching them or speaking to them. * Glynn is relieved to see the clan clear again with the coming of Greenskeeper Gathering. Too tired to enjoy many festivities, she has been spending most of her downtime in Beebalm's garden, talking with the one-time aether prisoner. |

Glynn is a dragon on a mission. Obsessive and driven, she seeks to discover what has become of Tidelord by whatever means necessary—and that means delving into long-lost secrets, seeking for illegal sources of information and forgotten and forbidden enhancements for scrying. If he were able to be found by other methods, surely so many seekers from other clans would have found him. The need for connections to question, treasure to bribe beastclans and pirates, and various unregulated entheogens, strange magic, and deepsea exploration fossils brought her to the Rogue's Camp, where she could earn coin as a sellclaw and scout. When the clan returned to Fire, she came with them, and has taken up a role as a member of the air patrol and a fisher. She still takes some mercenary work—the clan's only stricture is that she never side with the Industrialists over Por's Rebellion. During her downtime, she can usually be found scrying in the local hotsprings or soaring moodily through the Blacksand Mists. Studious and professional, Glynn keeps to herself, her studies, and the work that funds them most of the time. She has some friends amongst the clan's other Water dragons, notably Spearmint, who has accepted her as one of the few swimming companions that can keep up with her. She typically refuses to be in the same room with Vermouth. Craft Glynn is striving to find an ideal craft, something that will command a high price without intruding too much on her ever-limited spare time. As such, she has dabbled in a variety of precious metalworks with her dexterous feet, though she has yet to master any of them. Physical description A medium-sized banescale with the dense frame and proportionately small wings of a diving bird, Glynn is most at home in the water. She is somewhat clumsy on two legs, and her flight is direct enough to be exhausting in the longterm. Her horns are short and sharp, and the venomously bright spines along her back are slim and brittle, often breaking off in combat. She has a slightly metallic water-scent, overlaid with smoke. Combat Glynn is a physical fighter, with an affinity for using her horns in combat. Most of her magic is specialized in scrying, but she can manage a small surge of water when pressed. She prefers to use swooping and quartering maneuvers to herd opponents into a corner, then suddenly press forward with horns and spines, breaking them down. If fighting with a partner, she will focus on keeping their opponent corralled while allowing her partner to take the lead in the attack. |

Origin Glynn came to the Rogue's Camp early in the season of Fire, and set to wandering the edges of the Rogue's Camp, feeling out the locals for who might have the knowledge she seeks, and at what price. She quickly found that the richest source for potential scrying aides of dubious efficacy and legality was Telleren, though she also engaged in some deep discussion with Kellintaal's pirates. In the Season of Light, Glynn was transformed into a banescale by Vermouth, something she has yet to forgive him for. |

Kin Glynn was originally a wild tundra, the first of her flock to join with mixed dragon society within memory. She kept in contact with them regularly prior to her transformation, refreshing their memory of her face and mission at least once a season. After her transformation, it took a long time for her to return, though when she did, she found they still knew her and welcomed her. |

Familiar
A rare mutation of the waveskimmers that live near her flock's home, this waveskimmer was gifted to Glynn when she departed. They seem to enjoy perching on her shoulder by her spines and humming.Click or tap a food type to individually feed this dragon only.
