- Hatchling Biography

Valley was born to Hecate and Etu of Ever-Autumn, and it was clear from the beginning she took strongly after her fairy mother. Even from infancy, she showed odd but impressive magic, unseasonable flowers sometimes blooming in her wake.
Curious about her daughter, Hecate chose to keep her close and raise her personally rather than send her off like most of her other children.

Valley was prone to wander, and in fact had quite a bit of difficulty sitting still for long, making her difficult for her parents to teach or manage.
Her Strangeness wasn't just that of the fair folk, but it was something the forest seemed to covet, keeping her within its trees no matter how far she roamed, and blooming in new and fascinating ways where she walked.
