Catastrophe didn't like her old clan. Yes, she was a plague dragon and her clan was meant to spread the plague, but she just didn't like it. So one day when she found herself to far outside her clans territory, she stumbled upon Reo, who took her in and gave her a place to belong. She loved it at The Red Forge Clan. Though one day, her other clan tried to get her back. It was the only time Catastrophe had ever seen Reo result to violence. She reminded herself that day to never, ever get on his bad side. Reo had scared the other clan off enough that they never came to bother Catastrophe again.

While walking in the woods one day Catastrophe came across Aonani fumbling around, when she walked up to Aonani and asked what was wrong, Aonani shot back a small quip about being blind in a forest. Catastrophe laughed and helped her back to the clan where now they are the best of buddies.

Catastrophe loves her clanmates, but has a untarnishable relationship with Aonani, some speculate that they are girlfriends. Catastrophe denies it every time but secretly wishes it was true. She makes blown glass trinkets to sell along side Aonani. They rack in a lot of ales because their crafts are widely know. One would also think that Catastrophe would be the scary one and Aonani would be the nice and kind one. Its the opposite!! Catastrophe also calls Aonani Aoi as a nickname. She is also the clans Plague Ambassador
