Everett

Everett is the youngest brother out of the three hatched from Zayin and Thames' second nest. He hatched on 8th of June, the day when magic is strongest. Despite being the youngest brother, he is the largest. He is a quiet person for the most part, and he prefers to stick to his human form. When one talks to him, he might come off as condescending. He is a bit of a ' know it all '. While his two older brothers spent their childhood playing, he studied under his father. Since he was born on the day when magic is strongest, he knew that his chances of once becoming a powerful mage were good. He wanted to take advantage of that. He thinks his brothers were foolish not to take the chance to study under their father, who is known for his magical abilities. Because of the ' education ' he got when he was just a hatchling, he is the most poweful out of the three brothers. He doesn't possess the same need to ' protect ' and ' create ' that typically flows through the family bloodline. Everett is all about creating the grand. He wants to be powerful - and to be able to show off that power. Him being the largest of the three brothers portrays this. He is both young and ambitios. His need for power was something his father discovered at the end of his ' education '. Though he never stated it out loud, it was clear to Everett that his father didn't approve. He didn't understand why he wouldn't though. It's not like Everett has any plans of using his powers for ' evil '. He just wants to be recognized as great and powerful. That's not so bad - is it? In his human form, Everett isn't the tallest of the brothers. His frame is lean, almost skinny, and he looks frail. He also doesn't have the best eye-sight in his human form, and tends to wear glasses, which he doesn't like. His skin maintains the same color, and becaus of his strong magic, it ' sparkles ', like someone has sprinkled glitter and stars all over him. His beauty-spots ( and he has quite a few ) are white, and in the dark, the strongest of them glow. The thing he dislikes the most about his appearance are his eyes. He hates that he is the only one of the three brothers with what is referred to as ' common ' eyes. He has spent most of his time growing up around his father, but he still has a very close relationship to his mother. He always felt like he had her support in his plans of becoming great. She always made him feel special. The same could not be said for his brothers. He doesn't have much in common with them, or any interest in them. Maybe, deep down, he wish he too could've allowed himself to have a ' carefree ' childhood, and play with them. But he felt that his call to grateness was too loud - he had to follow it. Everett hatched into a Nature flight - and all he has ever known is a large garden, surrounded by a big forest. He has known peace and summer. When he leaves the clan to start his own life, he has no idea what to expect. He fears the unknown. He fears that he has overestimated himself, and that out there, in the big world, there won't be anything special about him. And yet, he is excited. He believes that the only way for him to grow is if he spreads his wings ( literally ) - and leaves the nest to find a home of his own. |
Trivia: X- His favorite thing to eat is pistachios. He can eat a ton of them - especially if he changes into his dragon form... X- Everett finds peace by the sea. He is especially fond of shallow waters where he can swim - he doesn't like not being able to see the bottom. He also really enjoys playing in the waves. X- He is so focused on his own ambition of becoming powerful that he often overlooks the needs of others. He doesn't even do it on purpose most of the time - it just happens. This makes it somewhat hard for him to make friends. X- His biggest fear would be losing his powers. Because of this, he is afraid of shadows and dragons from the shadow-flight, as he believes these dragons possess the ability to drain him off his magic. X- The ideal mate for Everett would be someone who shows him that power isn't everything, and that he doesn't need to become more powerful. Someone who takes his mind off his search for power, and brings him ' back to earth ', so to speak. |
