I'm really impressed by how you made the plague primal eyes work with this look- it's very elegant, which isn't my first thought when I think of plague primal, but it really is! The wispy accent matches his eyes and looks really cool with the solar flame set- I love how you can see it through the cloak, it adds a really cool texture. He's very regal- but with those eyes and the spiky armour, he's got a dangerous vibe too...
