As a hatchling, Augor did not speak for so long his parents feared he was mute. At last he did speak, but his first words were a riddle: "Beware the hooves of fire and stone." His parents paid no mind to their son's strange words, assuming they were mere child's babble.

Three days later, a band of hostile centaurs stampeded through the territory of Augor's clan. Accustomed to peace and quiet, the clan was caught off-guard and slow to react to the centaurs. The attackers burned the dragons' lairs and moved the earth and rocks to cut off their escapes and fell them. Augor and his family barely escaped with their lives, in thanks to a hidden cave he had discovered nearby.

Augor is now renown for his powerful abilities as a seer, but he only delivers his omens and prophecies by the way of riddles. Visitors often find this frustrating, but those clever enough to decipher them will find strong guidance.

When Pandora's Box was opened and its dark contents released, Augor immediately took action in a moment of rare proactivity. He called for noble warriors to travel the expanse of Sornieth and face monstrous foes in order to capture the dark spirits that had escaped Sunbeam Ruins. But capturing them wouldn't be quite so easy...care for a riddle?
