Personality
A quiet, mousy individual, Violet often seems little more than Serpenta's shadow. The tiny fae is exceedingly shy and timid at a glance. Yet, where she lacks her sister's silver tongue, her nimble paws and intelligence make her an especially skilled thief. Despite her reserved nature, she is very devoted and caring towards her family and companions.
In her heart, she doubts the morality of she and her sisters guiles and thievery, but cannot question that it allowed for their survival without a home to call their own, and attempts to leave this aspect of her life in the past.
She is a doting and devoted mother to her hatchlings, and does her best to give them the love and safety that she and Serpenta never had. Around the lair, she cannot provide the brute force of her larger clan-mates, but cares for the lair diligently, happy to look after the others for the most part and live quietly; a welcome change from her dangerous life as a footpad.

Appearance
Violet's gentle demeanor and unremarkable appearance allows her to fade quietly into the background. Her long, drooping crests and long tail give her a sorrowful, willowy look.


History
Growing up, Violet was at her sister's side since before she could remember, constantly on the move.
After meeting Newt and Bone in the depths of the mire and initially attempting to thieve from them, they became friends after struggling through many hardships together.
Along their journey, she and Newt fell in love.
When the group found a home in Leechroot Cave, just outside the mire, she and Newt settled among the others, and hatching nests together.
Her eldest daughter, Gloom, died in a hunting accident soon after this.
