Biography

Janustrap Battleram Skirmisher Ashmane Chimera Luna Mith Squire

Coming across as tough and dangerous, Ammonite has made it her mission to disturb the peace.

Whether it be a single dragon or a whole clan- a veilspun or an imperial- she has made it her mission to unnerve and intimidate wherever she goes. Her targets are typically those who are wealthier, more powerful, or even simply happier than her, although she will choose just about anyone.

While appearing confident, Ammonite seems deeply troubled, and lashes out frequently- most often with her mother, who refuses to take her seriously- at least to her.

The young, female ridgeback hacked a great plume of red smoke from her maw, shaking her head back and forth. Her dark eyes narrowed in the gloom as she eyed two tents in the distance, both seemingly giving off an alluring aura that Ammonite detested. Still, she prowled forward.

As her terrible silhouette made contact with the tents, she pondered upon which to enter. She didn't believe in the intuition of oracles at all, albeit it couldn't hurt to try. She went into the first tent, laying her malicious gaze upon the elaborately dressed skydancer before her. They were clearly in a meditative state. She gave a threatening glance towards the oracle's companion before speaking.
"Excuse me sir- please will you wrap up your little pondering session?" her vocal tone indicated how little she cared, "If I am correct, you are an oracle."

The obsidian tendrils encapsuling her wings and tail shifted as she moved closer as she slipped her mask down, revealing a mouth of demonic teeth.

"What do you see for me?"

For a moment, the Skydancer didn`t respond-not verbally at least as his antennas flattened against his head sharply then rised back to normal as if they were pushed back by some invisible wind or hand, his lips pursed subtly.
Visions flooded his mind`s eye,his magic made a faint popping noise as it formed shapes of dragons and indistinguishable wavy patterns that would spike abruptly when slowly circling around the rude dragoness.

The candles seemed to glow brighter yet not so much to be blinding as the oracle finally began to speack with a low, calm if not almost cold voice.

''A loss and many foes,no safety-demise at the very worst, endless haunting paranoia and hidding at best. You may rule however it shall not last long-the ones below the throne shall not stay silent for long and rebell, take you down.

Power is what you always seek...shortly achieve and your great ego,I`m afraid, shall be the first step to fall.Your quick fury-the second.
If you wish to keep the throne-you need to tame that fire and start listening to the voices of your followers, for peasants are more likely to respect and follow a wise fair queen to the very end than an aggressive tyrant who not once looks their way...Mercenaries you will recruit but how long would it be until they find a better leader?''

He remained quiet for another moment, studying the other then added firmly, tone of voice holding a note of finality.

''Farewell,Ammonite and may the Shadowbinder guide you on your journey.''
The Carmine lady outside the tent, pulled the left curtain aside, holding them in place and making way for the Ridgeback to exit.

Ammonite's cruel lips formed a hysterical smile, her teeth stained a foreboding pink.
"Isn't that something," she mused before breaking into laughter. Her black tongue flared as she swiftly turned to make her exit. "You oracles are all the same. So easily offended by one's demeanour. Although, I can't blame you for your vision. Karma is such a horrible thing."

She was almost about to slink out of the ornate tent's entrance, when she decided to remove a few golden disks from the inside of her hood. She looked at their glinting surfaces for a moment before flinging them near the skydancer. Their engravings made it clear that they were money.

Ammonite tutted. "Poor, poor oracle," she remarked to herself before swiftly biding her way.
