Irirangi

...I don't know that I've ever seen a dragon quite like Irirangi before. She's one heck of a striking dragon even without the bells and whistles of dressing-up - you've got to dig how bright Opal colors look against dark Metallic, Alloy, Iridescent, and Shimmer for those two contrasting space-y kinds of shine, and speaking of "space-y", good lord, the purple and gold the accent imparts on top of her deep, dark blue and cyan (also, naturally, a flawless color for the Opal to be in the name of matching her eyes!) make her look positively cosmic. Add to that the round "motif" that the shape of the golden disc, the shape her shawl takes on her shoulders (color-wise, yet another excellent match to her body colors - it covers two sorta-transitional shades between her primary and secondary's kind of "zone" of color and her tertiary!), and her beads form all together, and it's like I'm looking at colorful concentric outlines of clocks glowing, ticking, and turning on a background of deep space with the kinds of colors you see in photographs of nebulae. Add the sort of "fierce, intimidating" kinda poise and regalness Guardians have in comparison to Imperials, and she looks like a fierce otherworldly time-and-space goddess!

She doesn't have any lore in her bio at the moment, and I wouldn't know what you might have planned for her, but lookin' at her and the kinds of characters in the rest of her clan, I can definitely picture her being...

• ...A solitary, intense, fiendishly clever, and definitely powerful sorceress of some kind who takes no nonsense, who probably keeps to herself and focuses on whatever her particular craft might be and is willing to lend assistance or, heck, even guidance to the others if they seek out her attention... just, you know, so long as they don't bug her in the process, because if they do, she will definitely let them know - in whole "attitude" and vibe, something akin to a cross between a Jafar-type and a Black Knight-type, except far more True Neutral!
• ...One to call a very isolated, somewhat dark, but plenty spacious (hey, she is one of the bigger species!) area home - something like a grove of trees that barely gets any sun, or a wide, dry cave, perhaps "decorated" or "marked" in some way as to almost look shrine-like and give off a vaaaaguely ominous vibe - a la a scene in some kind of fairytale or other story where a character's creeping through some deep woods to seek a sage or witch and are taking it increasingly slow and getting kind of creeped out even on hearing perfectly normal noises around them; such a practice communicates both "take me seriously and respect me" and "look, this is my space - don't mess with it!"
• ...One with whom everything is big, quick, and sweeping when it comes to actions, but even, measured, and articulate, if curt, when it comes to words - e.x., if someone says something she agrees with but wasn't necessarily expecting them to say, she'll rear up and give her wings a couple of wide beats while lettin' out nothing but a low-breaking chuckle after a pause; if someone gets snippy or rude with her, she'll lunge in a flash eyes-wide, pause in front of them, hooooold right there to let her point sink in... and then draw back while gradually relaxing her body language while muttering pointedly why they're wrong.
  
  Either way, she definitely looks like the mysterious type!
