"H-hey stop it! Jerk! " Insight was so sure that the only reason Crimson and Everest kept doing this was because there were no other dragonets in the lair, and it was so annoying! He yelped loudly as a cry for assistance, his wings batting furiously, he was being held up over a small ledge that was still big enough to have the small imperial fall for a few seconds. They refused to let him go, and he could hear their annoying snickers from behind him. They knew he was still learning how to fly properly, but he supposed that was why they did it.

"Hey squirt you gotta learn to fly somehow, clearly those lessons aren't doing much for you" Well he thought his lessons were going just fine! He continued to flail, doing his best to grip for a ledge, or something to assist him in squirming away from the grip Everest had on him. "W-well I think d-drogon is teaching me a l-lot of things-"

That was all the big dragons needed before the grip was released, dropping him suddenly which was causing it to be even harder for him to gain his balance, twisting around in the air and trying to remember what his trainer had taught him. He didn't even hear their laughter until right before he felt his body hit the floor, he braced himself for the impact only to be instead grabbed up by another dragon. This one didn't have the bright red scales like crimson or Everest, or even the lair queen livingstalk. They were dark and muddy...

"Drogon! You're here! " He grabbed onto the male dragons horns, holding on tightly as they flew back up to where crimson and Everest were now looking bored "aah way to kill the fun drogon, we were just messing with him. He was gonna be fine" Drogon wasn't having it, per usual "you know he can't fly very well yet, especially so suddenly, stop being brainless pigeons and get back to work"

They didn't seem very pleased with the insult, but he supposed that they left anyway due to the hanging threat of drogon telling their mother, livingstalk, knowing she'd give some terrible punishment like cleaning out the caves where they kept prey. Now that was nasty.

Not long after being brought into the plague lair, did insight see that they preferred to eat long dead meat, it was just a plague thing, but he didn't find himself minding as he was raised with it. They did however bring fresh things to the two who had come from a neighboring wind lair, since they weren't used to it. Livingstalk had always been kind in a rough kind of way.

"You have to start standing up for yourself, they pick on you cause you're little" With a light nudge he'd been helped off drogons neck, onto the safe and sturdy ground, just where he liked it. He shook of the remaining shivers in his scales. "I try, but they're so much bigger than me and mean looking and scary"

Drogon laughed "crimson is barely much bigger than a common frog"

"Than I'm a fly! "

Despite his worried look, insight smiled, feeling much safer now that he was with his darkly colored trainer. "Hey drogon, when do you think I'll be able to.. Fly properly? "
The look he was given was amused, but caring, a hum escaping his mouth as if he were considering his answer. "I say a few more days, maybe a week, you're a fast learner kid"
