-MANGO-

"Maaaaaaaaaango!" Likan whined while crawling on top of him. "MAnGoooo." She whined again. The sleeping Skydancer huffed and opened his eyes. The Coatl smiled happily at him and nuzzled his neck. "Good morning, Mango!" She chirped. "I made you breakfast!" She nuzzled his neck again before crawling off of him and pushing a bowl of mushed fruits towards him. The half-asleep Skydancer groaned as he sat up and looked down at the bowl, which Likan was still pushing towards him. "I climbed all the way up into this tree to serve you this delicious breakfast so you better eat it and you better enjoy it."

Mango grabbed the bowl in his claws and started to slurp up the mushy fruit juices, deciding that he didn't want to argue with his mate. The Coatl watched him finish up the fruits before snatching the bowl away from him with an excited squeak. "Okay, Okay! Now it's time to fly around until the sun rises!" She spread her wings, but Mango stopped her by resting his claws on her shoulder.

"Likan, relax. i just..." He trailed off so he could yawn. "wOke up..." He shook his head and looked down at the Coatl. He sighed and removed his claws from her shoulder. "Lets calm down for a moment, okay? How about you tell me about climbing. Are you doing it for me?" He asked. Likan relaxed and smiled up at him, her tongue flicking out for a moment.

"Of course it was for you! If you like climbing so much, I thought I'd give it a try since I love you so much!" She exclaimed. She could barely see it, but Mango was smiling from behind his mask. "Do you think we can fly to the lakes? I'm hungry and could go for salmon for breakfast." Mango sighed, a little disappointed in his mate and her love for meat, but he nodded.

"Yes, we can go fishing today." He paused and then leaned closer to her. "You're a scout.. you do know how to hunt, right?" He asked slowly. Likan almost looked offended as she nodded vigorously.
"Of COURSE I do!" She nearly shouted at him. "I'm not weak!" she scolded him. Mango flinched before smiling at her.

"Right, of course. You're the strongest dragon I know." He agreed. Likan returned the smile and then proceeded to spread her wings.

"You bet, I am! Now can we stop messing around and get to flying? Mornings like this don't last forever!" She asked. Mango didn't even answer. he didn't need to. They were already taking off from the trees and flying in the direction of the lake.
