Biography

Viridius, the Nature Representative.

Viridius was a Wildclaw born in the Shrieking Wild who accidentally came in contact with an abandoned concoction while wandering the woods as a hatchling. When Viridius came home, her parents quickly realized that the concoction was more than just some dirt and grime. Swiftly, Viridius was transformed into a Bogsneak, adorning multiple wide and glistening eyes along her body. Terrified, her parents abandoned her in the Wilds, seeing her unfit to be their child.

It was then that a Gladegift Ambassador had spotted her and came to her aid. Adopted by the ambassador, she grew to become well-versed in the woods and deeply connected with the hymns of the Gladekeeper. Although she knows not of her own abandonment (having been too young to understand), she has become her own force of will and has embraced her differences, with the help of an affectionate and adorning Ambassador.

As the years passed, the pair wandered and learned much about the forest and the Gladekeeper, who gave them guidance in their lives. Eventually, when the Gladegift Ambassador (affectionately named Arnold) saw her fit, he guided Viridius toward a destiny only the Gladekeeper would know. She was coaxed to join a young king named Arthur who ruled over a portion of land close to The Behemoth. After meeting Arthur, she has become the Nature Representative for the Verdant Meadow and advises Arthur alongside her faithful father, Arnold.

Although a much younger addition to the Dahlia Council, she is high-spirited and optimistic, bringing her bright views to the table of each meeting. While others may find her strange, she has proven herself to be wise and smart as a Representative, using her connections with Nature to guide her in her new role.

Currently, along with her council duties, she oversees the opening of the Foliage Hatchery. Here, she guides expecting mothers toward the softest soils of the Gladekeeper so that their hatchlings may grow to be healthy and strong.
