Hellebore
Hellebore yawned, stretching. Herb fragments fell off her, and she shook her head, blinking rapidly to clear her eyes. Sighing, she scraped her claws along the ground, gathering loose leaves and stems into a little dusty pile.
___Craning her neck to look outside, she wondered briefly why the sun was setting in the East – then realised it was rising. She had been awake the whole night, crushing herbs.
___She scooped the herbs up and carefully deposited them in an empty clay bowl, and set it aside with the large bowl of paste.
___She gave herself a proper shaking-off, sneezing at the dust she stirred up.
