A shy friend, gone far too soon. Right next to her brother.

As I write this, I just keep getting sadder. The nicknames we gave you, the way dad talked to you and reassured you whenever the people were gone. The more I remember you, the more I miss you.

I still remember the day we got you. We picked you up as a puppy, your fur was still soft, and we went to a birthday party immediately after with no time to drop you off at home. We named you in the car, after your gorgeous heterochromia eyes. We showed you off to the other kids. I don't think you were so shy back then.

You were so pretty and the day you left still haunts me. I woke up and you were gone, dad had taken you to the vet. I stayed awake, anxiously waiting for you to come home, but you never did. I remember dad crying as he came in and delivered the bad news.I wish we could've done more for you. It was one of the hardest decisions dad ever had to make and so I hope you're finally at peace. I hope you can play with Muf.

I'm so sorry your life was so difficult. As a puppy you had a disease and they managed to save you but this time you were just so sick that it would've been cruel to make you suffer any longer. I know you must be a little scared without us but we'll see you again someday.

And although you hurt Patchie, I forgive you. Maybe you can be friends again soon.
