Xuniu

Powerful and intimidating, Xuniu steals the breath away from all who he comes across. His head is always held high as he is descended from royal blood and must make sure that those around him know it. His majestic wings stretching behind him are his defining feature and are the very thing that gave this dragon his name. As a hatchling, he was constantly enveloped in his own massive wings that kept him detached from the world. When it was finally time for his first flight he stunned his parents with how he took to the skies with ease as other young ones struggled to unfold their wings.

Xuniu keeps to himself unless bothered and then he tends to snap at anyone who gets in his way. That is, until his beautiful mate came along. She keeps him balanced and although both seem to always be holding themselves above the world, they see each other as equals. Perhaps she is the only one he considers as such, other than the king and queen themselves.
