Eridani was always bouncing around in her youth. However, as she grew older, she discovered how her energy could be harnessed as a guard. She was quick, clever, and loyal. Eridani knew she wanted to be a guard more than a warrior, but was afraid of the injuries so could get from both. So when the dragon watching the hatchlings decided to leave to serve their deity, she knew that she wanted to leave as well. However, in a dream, her deity came and told her to take over the job of the dragon that was leaving, as it was her calling. Eridani complied reluctantly, but as she kept with her job, she realized how much she loved hanging around the hatchlings, and making sure they were safe. She vowed that, even if it killed her, they would be fine. Today, she keeps by that vow, and none of her hatchlings were ever hurt.
